Refund Policy

If a technical failure prevents delivery, the credits reserved for that generation are released after the failure is confirmed. A generation that is still being checked is not automatically resubmitted.

For an order, billing concern or refund request, contact support@aichristmas.pro with your order reference. We will review the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Credit returns for failed generations and refunds of a payment are separate processes.

Credits, prices and any expiration terms are shown before purchase. AI output can vary, and a change of style or a new generation is a separate request.
