Information we process
We process account information, photographs you choose to upload, generated results and records needed to operate the service, prevent abuse and support transactions. Our payment provider handles payment details; do not send card details to us by email.
Photographs and service providers
Photos are used to provide the generation you request. Image generation requires transmitting the input photo to the configured image-generation provider. We use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, payments and image processing. Their processing and retention are subject to their respective terms and configurations.
Your uploads and results are intended to be private to your account. Please upload only photos you have permission to use. We do not use your private photos as public examples without your permission.
Retention and requests
We schedule uploaded photos for deletion from our private storage after 7 days and generated photos after 14 days. You can delete a finished photo from My Creations. Deletion can be delayed if our storage or cleanup service is unavailable; our image-generation provider may retain data under its own terms and configuration. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for security, accounting or legal obligations.
